Sydney is a nutrition consultant and yoga instructor. She graduated from University of New Mexico with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics in Spring 2016. She also has completed a 200-HR RYT yoga alliance training and has been teaching yoga since November 2015. Sydney’s work as a nutrition consultant is aimed to provide general nutrition education along with nutritional counseling on weight loss, weight gain, individual meal planning, family meal planning, school lunch planning, and eating around exercise at an affordable cost. Her work is overseen and monitored by Jessika Brown, a Registered Dietitian.
