MA, LPCC, CEDS
My goal as a therapist is to help people move towards positive, healthy changes in their lives. Changes are challenging for everyone, and even more challenging when we try to change without adequate support. My intent is to help my clients move through the process of change while achieving their life goals. I enjoy working with both adolescents and adults through individual and group therapy.
I obtained my Master of Arts degree in Counseling from the University of New Mexico. I work with clients who are struggling with Eating Disorders, Depression, Anxiety Disorders and a variety of other life issues. I am a member of the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals, and became a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS) in 2016. My primary theories of choice are Person-Centered, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I firmly believe it is very important to develop individualized treatment plans for each of my clients.
I look forward to meeting with you and helping you to achieve your goals.
