Bryn is a Registered Dietitian with a background in corporate wellness and weight management. She completed her bachelor’s degree and dietetic internship at the University of New Mexico. As a dietitian, Bryn believes in the power of food to nourish the mind and the body. She works to improve individuals’ relationship with food in order to obtain health benefits. She has worked with clients to develop meal plans, improve sports performance, and manage chronic medical conditions. While not working, Bryn fills her time hiking, cooking, and volunteering with Young Life.
