The journey of an eating disorder can be challenging, but there is hope on the other side. As a team, we can travel this together where I will strive to listen and provide empathy in a non-judgmental environment.
I will work to provide a safe, encouraging place where individuals are heard and validated, but at the same time be challenged with their thoughts and behaviors. As a clinical counselor I will strive to help others through this season of change while providing goals toward physical and emotional health.
I received a bachelor’s degree in Christian Counseling from Liberty University in 2019; and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University in 2022.
