Patient Services Manager

I am the Patient Services Coordinator for higher level of care programs at EDTC. I receive referrals and inquiries from new and existing clients about entering our IOP or PHP. I work closely with clients, front office staff, providers, and management to ensure clients get the best possible service at EDTC. One of my main tasks is to communicate between health care providers and insurance providers.

My bachelor’s degree is in creative writing and I like to play men’s league soccer on Sundays.

I am happy to talk on the phone, respond to emails, or set up an appointment to meet and talk about our services.
