Ida Bjork
MS, RD, LD, CEDS
With over 15 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian, I am passionate about helping individuals build a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food. I earned my undergraduate degree from University of New Mexico and my master’s degree from University of Central Oklahoma. Since becoming a dietitian in 2010, I have combined my love of food with a strong appreciation for the science and research behind nutrition.
In today’s world of conflicting nutrition advice and social media trends, nutrition can feel overwhelming and confusing. My goal is to help people reconnect with food in a way that feels sustainable, enjoyable, and supportive of their overall well-being. As a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS), I practice from a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach, helping individuals make true peace with food while honoring their physiological needs.
Outside of work, I stay busy raising my two children and spending as much time outdoors as possible. Whether hiking in the mountains, camping with family, or simply enjoying a local park, I value connection with nature and adventure. I also love traveling and exploring food traditions from other cultures.
