Michael is a Nutrition Consultant, with a bachelor’s degree from the University of New Mexico in Nutrition & Dietetics, and Precision Nutrition I & II Certification. For the past six years, he’s worked with a wide variety of individuals, ranging from professional athletes to middle school adolescents, focusing on sports performance and weight management.
By taking a behavior-based approach, Michael helps clients slowly replace and implement new habits into their daily lifestyle relative to their specific goals and limiting factors. He is a firm believer that sustainability is driven through maintaining a positive quality of life. Through this philosophy, Michael believes no food should be off limits. Some of his favorite foods consist of sushi, donuts, and baked sweet potatoes with cinnamon!
In his off time, Michael can be found working as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, helping professional and novice athletes alike incorporate movement into their daily lifestyle.
