I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) dedicated to helping adolescents and adults navigate eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety, depression, emotional distress, trauma, and life transitions. My passion is empowering clients to build resilience, strengthen self-worth, and develop healthier relationships with themselves and others.

I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and holds a bachelor’s degree in human services. I have experience providing individual, group, and family therapy within higher levels of care for eating disorders, where I work collaboratively with multidisciplinary treatment teams to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care.

I believe every person’s story is unique, and I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and understood. My approach to therapy is integrative and individualized. I draw from evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other therapeutic approaches to meet your unique needs and support meaningful, lasting change.

Whether you’re struggling with an eating disorder, body image concerns, anxiety, depression, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life’s challenges, my goal is to walk alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and respect. Together, we will build on your strengths, reconnect with your values, and work toward greater emotional, psychological, and physical well-being. I consider it a privilege to be part of your healing journey and am committed to providing a space where you can grow, heal, and thrive.
